REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital products, consulting services, and business setup support, all sales are final.

Consultation sessions, screen share services, digital products (including eBooks and masterclass), and business setup packages are non-refundable once purchased or scheduled.

Rescheduling policy

Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide proper notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

No-Show Policy

If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

We are committed to delivering high-quality guidance and support to every client and encourage clients to review service descriptions carefully before purchasing.
